CALMING TONER is a calming, pH balanced toner that removes impurities and invigorates weak and sensitive skin. It helps soothe and support sensitive or weak skin. CALMING TONER contains hamamelis virginiana (witch hazel) which can reduce pore size. It also has sodium hyaluronate, sodium PCA, panthenol and allantoin. These mixtures make it as an exclusive blend of conditioners, moisturizers and hydrators helps soothe treated skin.
